ABCP-NC Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership Term
All ABCP-NC memberships operate on a calendar-year basis, running from January 1 through December 31 of the applicable year, regardless of enrollment date.

Annual Dues
Membership dues are assessed annually. Payment may be made in full at the time of enrollment or, where offered, through an approved monthly payment plan. Memberships do not automatically renew and must be renewed each year.

Payment Plans
Payment plan options are provided as a convenience for select membership tiers. Members enrolled in a payment plan must complete all scheduled payments to remain in good standing. Failure to complete a payment plan may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges, including access to member resources, voting rights, and event discounts.

Membership Access & Benefits
Membership benefits, access to member-only content, voting status, and discounts vary by membership category and are subject to change at the discretion of ABCP-NC. Membership benefits are active only while dues are current and the member remains in good standing.

Non-Transferability
Memberships are non-transferable and apply only to the individual or entity named at the time of enrollment.

Refund Policy
Membership dues are non-refundable, including dues paid through payment plans, except as required by law.

Member Conduct
Members are expected to uphold the mission, values, and professional standards of ABCP-NC. The organization reserves the right to revoke or suspend membership for conduct deemed inconsistent with its standards.

Policy Updates
ABCP-NC reserves the right to modify membership categories, dues, benefits, and policies at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated to members as appropriate.
